MEET JOBBIE

Stoked as after 25 years of creating experiences like no other down here in Costa Rica you can finally find and purchase our merch and boards and lessons online.  In 2001 I started Jobbies Longboards in Santa Teresa with a huge passion not only for surfing but everyone I’ve been so lucky to meet along this epic journey and finally figured it is time after a quarter century to have the experience of Jobbies Longboards right here   Originally from Calgary Alberta and through travels throughout the South Pacific, Australia, Asia and Europe came across in early 2001 a paradise like no other in the town of Mal Pais/Santa Teresa where the true passion for surf and the Pura Vida culture came to be a perfect lifestyle fit for not only myself but most who have graced these beaches and streets  anything you need hope you can find here and if not down here in paradise via email or phone and will get back to you asap!  Thanks for checking us out and if you’ve been down before thank you so much for keeping the dream alive and hope for 25 more of the same as producing and creating remarkable experiences is what’s made this journey so special!  Have travelled the globe to get the best materials for our merch and source locally whenever possible and use only the organic cotton and bamboo to create the ultimate comfort and sustainability. Our quiver of boards has always been a trademark of the shop as try to keep everything from new Longboards from all over the world to our huge selection of soft tops and short boards to accommodate our vast clientele’s needs  beyond appreciate all the love and support over the last 25 years and stoked for 25 more   Pura Vida
